A new neighbour

Hello everyone,

Firstly to Ben,s mummy sorry you not been well didn,t realise you were still sick. Mum has been the same and so has great grandma. What a week.

Well we got a new little neighbour. The fist we heard was a lot of wailing and howling all night long from the man next doors house, it sounded like a very young little critter. Mum and dad were awake with it all night.

Next morning mum went out back and next doors door was open, she was cross and said what on earth,s going on. Well the man explained and said he had just got a new puppy. He had been told to put it in the kitchen at night and it would settle soon. 7 weeks old I ask you. Well mum told him it was too early to leave its mum for a start and it must be so afraid. He listened and said maybe he had been misinformed, he would give him plenty of hugs to make it up to him.

Well then mum clapped eyes on the little critter. Oh my gosh she went all gooey and started talking all baby talk. I got introduced to it and well I have to say for a dog he is kinder cute. I have to be " friends " apparently. Mmmmmmmm we will see when I have assessed him a bit more.

Mum brought him around to ours yesterday and my oldies took pictures of him. I had to endure him scampering around me, but I didn,t scratch him, I just hid behind a chair leg and gave him my best haughty look.

Hello and good morning everyone.

Hope all the lovely pussycats and doggies out there are OK.

I am recovered from my trip to the V_ E_ T place and none the worse for my experience.

I thought I would share a couple more pics with you. There is one of me after I had my annual hair cut. everyone laughs at me but it grows back real quick and does feel good. One of me waiting for my fans passing by. I sit on my window ledge for hours just waiting for people to say hi. There are a couple of my back yard which is were I get to chase bugs and laze in the sun. There are a couple with me on my back fence, which is were I wait for the feathered things.

That V E T word

Hello everyone,

well yesterday was sure one of those days. It started with me having a little mooch out the back, just when the neighbour two doors down was feeding the birds left over chicken. I thought what the heck a little morning snack wouldn't do amiss. Wrong I got scolded for that with shouts of "Jasper" get down and leave that alone. What did I do so wrong. " You'll get an upset tummy " Oh drat tasted real nice too.Why should the birds get that lovely chicken.

I then thought I would go on spider patrol, I was just jumping up to have a closer look when my foot got hooked in mums pc wire. Oops Just when she had typed up a load of stuff I pulled the wire. " Jasper" again.

When I thought the day couldn't get any worse, I heard the beans talking in code about getting the B A S K E T out. Oh no were am I going? that word spells trouble. I tried to make a dash behind the sofa but no such luck. Caught by a whisker. I recognised the route. We were going to the VET. Why did I need to go there? I soon found out. The yearly shots. It wasn't too bad as it was a lovely lady vet. She was stroking me and saying how handsome.. That did sugar the whole thing somewhat. I didn't even make a mew when she put the needle in. although I did make everyone laugh at the speed I got back into my basket. Well It is safer there..

So here's hoping for a better day today. But it is raining..........

Missed those darn feathered things again

Good morning everyone,

Well this morning set off quite well with me doing my usual patrol around looking for the crawly things. I then had a preen on my window ledge and said hi to all my fans. Then came the excitement, mum opened the door to go and hang her washing. I decided to go and have a look around. Hum not too cold today I,ll have a browse around the yard. Lots of leaves to play with, that will do for starters. I got a little fed up with that and looked around for more sport. That's when my neighbour from two doors down decided he would feed the birds. Well before too long there was a lot of the flying things up on the roof. Oh I couldn't, contain myself and was making those noised you do when you are sooo excited. I lay down low and got ready to take one or two out. well I took of across the wall and over next doors fence, one long leap and I was on the roof. When I got there they had all gone. well that's when I saw the old neighbour and his wife, my mum and the neighbour the other side all laughing at my expression and saying so much noise no wonder they all flew away. I ask you all laughing at me. !!!!!! What could a self respecting cat do but walk by them all tail held high and head for my place with all the dignity I could muster. Darn feathered things.. Foiled again. But there is always next time.

What a lovely bug filled morning

Hello everyone just wanted to tell you about my lovely morning. Firstly I went on my usual patrol for bugs and spiders. I looked under the pipes in the bathroom and was just in time to see a huge one of the long legged type just making a dash for it. Wow I was like lightening and pounced super quick. I had good fun there. Then when I was just feeling mightily pleased with myself along came a huge buzzing bug. well what a fun filled 20 mins I had. I did high leaps and jumps, swatted and punched the air. I chased it around the room causing mayhem and high jinx. But oh what fun. I took a mighty leap into the air, a twist and a swat with my paw and Yessssssss. I took it down. Ohhhh what fun and what bliss. I taught that bug not to venture into Jaspers domain.
I am now after all that exersion going to have to take a nap. The fire in on and the hearth rug is calling me so hugs to all I will go and relive that chase in my dreams.

Saturday and its cold

Good morning everyone. well Mum opened the door for me to take a look outside. I did take a quick look and came straight back in , the weather is turning cold I think I will stay by the fire today. The spiders and bugs will have a rest .
I am having a nap curled up but rest assured I will be chasing around a little later.

Good morning

Hello and a good morning to all my new friends on blogger. I have spent a very busy morning chasing around out back. I managed to scare all the birds away just as the gent three doors down had put out some food for them. Mum said I had to stop but hey I am a cat after all. She says there is no chance of me catching one though as I make far too much noise as I hit the three fences before I get there. I cant figure out why they have all gone and mum says my expression is funny when I look around to an empty space.
I am now sat in my very favourite spot on the window ledge and am looking for my fan club to go by. They always stop and say hello so I get preen a little and see how cute I am.
Well hope you like my pictures and I will go try to visit some more blogs. Some are realy good blogs but when I visit I cant seem to find out how to leave my comments on there. I will keep trying though.
