Shabby Chic.....

My friends Milo and Alfie over at Their house are hosting a shabby chic day. We have plenty of my efforts to make our home shabby chic. Here are a few..... The door on the bottom of our stairs. I scratch this if mum and dad are upstairs and I am downstairs and the door gets closed.. I think the decoration is improved but I don't think mum and dad agree..
This is the arm of the leather chair now I have to say I think the scratch worn look goes very well for shabby chic....
Now this is my masterpiece.. It is mums faux leather work box/ footstool and for some reason I cant resist getting my claws in. Mum has it covered now with a blankie and I share it with mums feet. Mum thinks she will have to throw it out and get a new one.. I like this one..
Mum and dad say they would put up with any amount of shabby chic if I was well. We will keep everyone informed of my vet trip and results.. Thank you everyone for your caring, suggestions and love we so appreciate it and it is keeping mum going to know you all care.. Love and hugs GJ xx

Great job with the shabby chic style in your house. Mom says at least I don't scratch the furniture, but I've pretty much destroyed her carpet with my stains!

Still purring for you this week.

Ginger Jasper you deserve an award for your decorating skills. I think you did a very good job.

When Cleo got a hairball that she couldn't pass she didn't eat or drink either. All she did was sleep and lay around. Mom could tell she wasn't feeling good and took her to the Vet and Vet Sandy got quite a bit of laxatone down her. When she finally had a bowel movement later in the day she passed a good sized hairball, then she went back to normal. Now Mom feeds us a hairball formula food. So far it has worked for Cleo, although Mom prays a lot for her to keep having bowel movements as she will don't lick laxatone of her paws like Patches does and Mom can't get laxatone down her like the Vet did.

You are on our minds all of the time. There must be a cause for your illness and there must be a way to treat it.

If I didn't know better, your symptoms seem to be so much like feline diabetes. I haven't seen in your bloggy - have you been checked for that?

Angel Junior, Orion and Sammy said...

Just stopping by to check up on you GJ! We will keep purring!

Caspersmum had an excellent idea about fur balls. Although you were shaved, we bet you groomed a lot as the new furs grew in. Are you passing anything solid in your tray?
We are waiting anxiously to hear the results of your latest tests and what the vet has found.
You know , if there is anything that you need/want that we have here in the U.S., just say the word. It would be a privilege for us to send it off to you.
We adore you sweet Jasper. Continued prayers and puts for you and your family.
