Hello my friends Hope you are enjoying your Sunday....

Hello everyone.. I hope you are all enjoying your Sunday. I wanted to let you all know how I am doing.. The dreaded jumper I am wearing in the picture below is history. When mum and dad went to bed on Friday night I was curled up in mums chair wearing it and looking very miserable indeed. I had not been jumping up but cautiously climbing and moving very slowly. When they came down in the morning I was curled up in dads chair and the jumper was curled up in mums chair. They don't know how I got it of but I did. Mum thinks it might have been irritating me because there are a couple of small red patches around my neck and belly. Anyway I have been jumping around again and staying close to either mum or dad , whoever is there. Dad a lot because mum is on silly shift with on call. But as mum is typing this I am curled up on her lap and she is typing over the top of me. I am taking my antibiotics and pain meds and am eating well despite the sore mouth. I go back tomorrow evening for a check up and hopefully all will be well. Dad is keeping the heating on most of the time for me.

The jumper is so history.. Mum is so sorry but she is hardly getting to visit anyone as the shifts have been so busy and mum is having to rest up when she can. Thankfully they are still giving back up for falls as mum cant do them on her own ( doctors orders ) We will get to you when we can.. You all take care and love to all. We are trying to read as many as possible..
Hugs GJ xx

Don't worry about visiting we loves U and will come to see U. Tell your Mom to get plenty of rest and not to wear herself out. Lots of cuddling and snuggling should be on the schedule. Have U got an electric blanket. We has one and we loves to lay on it to stay warm.

Poor GJ, without your fur, your sweater is rubbing on your delicate smooth skin. But hey, now's your chance to get more snuggles! :)

Tell your mum not to bother with comments - she is busy enough at work. You could do with a little duvet GJ that would keep you nice and warm. Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

Oh, GJ, you do look so miserable in your sweater. It's a shame you weren't happy with it cause it would have helped keep you warm. But if it's uncomfortable ...

We hope your mom is doing okay and not overdoing it working so hard. We don't want her sick.

GJ, skip the jumper and keep the heat up in the house.

Don't worry about visiting. If your mum is busy at work, plus the hollidays, then that is just the way it is. Visit when you can.

Tell your Mom that our Mommy is having her surgery on Feb 22, which is the USA's national Spay and Neuter day! This tickled her to no end.

If you are eating well, you are healing well, so paws up and purrs for a good check-up!

Poor boy. Your jumper is irritating your sensitive skin. How awful! We hope you are able to stay warm as we have cold weather still ahead of us. Our Cubby couldn't tolerate a turtle neck collar either. Have you tried a collarless dog coat yet?
Our prayers are with you during this very trying time. We are praying, too, that you get good news from the vet.
P.S. Beantown Handmade on esty.com has a knitted cat jumper that has no collar and doesn't inhibit movement. Maybe it would work. All of our love, always.

Oh my! We didn't understand why you are wearing a "pullover". Sorry, we haven't been in the blogsphere for some time. Back to your post, we've been shocked because of your haircut, but finally we've seen it has been to remove your knots. We hope you get better, and see you soon.

Stay warm GJ and keep taking your meds...soon all will be well again. Tell mum to not worry about us. She should be careful not to aggravate her back or to get too stressed. We want everyone healthy and rested; know we care.
