No way am I limber enough to do that. I'm sure I would rupture or break something... ouch, hurts just thinking about it:(

We'd rather not try those moves! But we see them when Tris does.

It's good to see you do your exercises, GJ! And after all that to get a good rest.

My grandkitty Sox sleeps on his back like that and my son thinks it's very unusual. It's certainly a very trusting position -- and so cute, too!

Great job - Lilly is always doing the twist one and then she wants Mom to drag her through the grass - makes her coat smell good and earthy!!

GJ, you must be very flexible. We can't do those first two very well, but TD seems to be an expert at that last one.

Woos and happy weekend, the OP Pack

It is SO important to stay limber, GJ! You look like a yoga master. I used to get very excited when dad went to his yoga class because I thought he was going to get us YOUGURT! Now he teases me about that when he goes on Sundays.

You are a big fluff log. We like your moves, and I can pretty much imitate the backlying one... but it's the tail we're missing...

We'll pretend.
Love ya,
