The yard in bloom......

I wanted to show you my yard because it has bloomed really lovely this year and is so full of flowers. We don't have a garden but a yard and mum plants lots and lots of hanging baskets and tubs. the colours are gorgeous and they smell lovely. Everything seems to have grown so well and its the best it has ever been. Of course mum has lots and lots of solar lights so at night it is pretty too. Mum calls it her little haven. Hope you like a little look at the flowers.
We have a tumbling tomato plant right in the middle mol...
Lots of roses on the pot roses..
Notice nothing in the barrow because mum stayed true to her word and left my barrow alone with no flowers. ( I would have flattened them anyway Te he )

This is full of solar bumble bees..

Can you see Eric and Flynn peeping from behind the hydrangeas. Our Lovely friend's Eric and Flynn's mum and dad bought it for us when they came to stay. We named it after Eric and Flynn and as sweet Eric ran off to the bridge it is even more special to us..
The Hydrangeas flowers are big and beautiful the best they have ever been..
                                                  From my kitchen window...
                                                      Not complete without me...
Hope you enjoyed the little tour.. Mum just finished her dreaded early shifts and nights tomorrow. A couple off then.. Love and hugs to all. GJ xx

Your blooms are lovely, GJ! After a wet spring and early summer here, things are dry and crispy now, even most of our potted plants, and definitely the poor hostas!

So many flowering plants at once. Your MUm and Dad make lovely choices and everything looks wonderful. Is tumbling tomato plant a British term, or have we just not been aware of it? We suspect from the name what it is like. Good luck getting lovely tomatoes!

Oh, your garden is just beautiful, GJ. Your Mum and Dad must have very green thumbs and they must spend lots of time tending to it. So pretty. We don't think we should let Mom see this or she might decide to trade us pups in for kitties.

What a beautiful garden! It's absolutely magical! Your mum has certainly outdone herself! The picture of the view from the kitchen window is gorgeous with the leaded glass window, lovely lace curtain and all of the flowers in bloom. Your garden is a perfect place for you to nap away the hours in warmth and comfort. You look so adorable with the sun on your face! All of our love, sweetheart.

What a lovely yard! Surely lots of bees and butterflies to watch out there.

We think that wheelbarrow makes a great catnap bed, too :)
