A few little updates....

I thought you might like to see how Alivia is doing now. Here she is with her brother Leon...
                                                       Chilling ...
Mum and dad have been out and about on mums days off. A few of the things they have been up to here.                                    This was a 40,s event...
                                                       Another one.....
Yesterday they took Lilli bean to Scarborough a seaside town to stay with her other grandma and granddad in their caravan. They then went on to spend the day in Scarborough and it turned out to be a lovely day. Walking around and taking in the sights.

The sea gulls always know when there is a fishing boat in..
                                                     Pretty harbour....
The army did a para display for the youngsters on a holiday break. It was youngsters who had lost their dads in war zones around the world and was paid for by a charity that helps them have a little fun...
From the top and at 7:oo pm still lovely and sunny..
A bonus.. On the drive home a beautiful sunset lit the sky..

Update on me now.. I am very thin and I don't climb on anything high like my garage or sheds and I used to love to be on my look out. It seems as though I don't really have the strength .I am also quite unsteady and wobbly just getting up on the gate and chairs but still do so. The out of the box issue has resulted in dad cutting out a huge section of carpet and throwing it away. We will try to put some flooring down for now. But believe it or not even though I seem to be slowing down so much I am eating.. So as we say we are not ready to give up yet but keep plodding.
I love my new blog look and that is thanks to my wonderful friend Ann.
I hope you are all ok. Mum has started to get round my friends today and will do more a little later. Love  and hugs to all.. GJ xx

Such super photos of the children and also Mum and Dad. Alivia looks like she is doing really well. We remember how sick she was and how concerned everybody, including us, was.

GJ, as others have said, keep eating, enjoy your days, have Mum and Dad enjoy the time with you. None of us can last forever, and we surely hope you have a lot more time, but it is a good reminder for all to enjoy each other each day.

GJ, I want so badly for you to be well. It hurts me when you aren't for I truly love you so. I am grateful your mommy and daddy understand that you can't help the out of the box issues. You would never ever do that if you could help it.

You precious little beans are BEAUTIFUL and I am so glad to see them looking so beautiful and having fun in the sunshine and mommy said to tell you she LOVES the 40's event pictures every year! All our love dearest GJ,

Mommy and Katie

I'm thinking of re-paving the basement floor in linoleum, and getting rid of the carpet. There are a few smells and stains down there that won't go away...

I'm sorry you are feeling weak and wobbly, Ginger Jasper. But I'll bet you still purr when your mum and dad hold you, and that's always a good thing.

We are glad you are still eating even when you are slowing down. Our own kitty Megat is also slowing down a fair bit and like you he is still eating a little each day. So all of us here think of you enjoying your time with your mom and dad. That is sometimes the best thing of all.

So happy to see Alivia soing so so well and Mom and Dad out and about doing good things for children that need it. We sure wish you were doing better. Getting older is hard. Our 3rd (1st) kittie left us for the bridge a month ago and we are acutely aware of how illness creeps up. GJ we hope you start to get better but, if not, hope you and your family cherish and celebrate the time you have.

Many many purrs,

Lizzie & 2 (3 in spirit) kitties
