A little glimmer...

Hello everyone. Some of my friends commented on my last post that I was looking a bit brighter. Mum thinks maybe I am. I have started eating a bit on my own, I don't eat large amounts but I do eat maybe one packet during the day which is a lot better than nothing. I also seem more alert. I have not been near my turbo track for a couple of weeks and used to play every day with it. last night I looked at dad and flicked the ball a couple times. Today I have been quiet again but yes mum thinks definitely brighter. It is not tomorrow I go for blood tests but next Wednesday so hopefully it wont be the bad news mum has been dreading. The appetite tablets are undoubtedly helping me eat that small pouch of food but yes better than nothing.
Love and hugs to all.. GJ xx

Keep going, Ginger Jasper. A little is, as you write, better than nothing; a lot would be better still. Your mum and dad are no doubt watching for any tiny sign of improvement, and you cats know how to show it for those who are observant. I can imagine their anxiety right now. God bless you and good luck.

Mai mom and pop say they are freaking out because I am not eating or drinking after my dental surgery. They had to take me back to the vet yesterday and I had to be hydrated. This morning mai mom gave me seven different kinds of food (including tuna) and I was not interested in any of them. Maybe you would like one of them! xxoo Bhu

We are sending plenty of purrs your way Ginger Jasper. A funny thing was up in Pa where we live all our furs were really slow with eating last week. Dad said his friends said their cats were at half speed with noms also. Odd. So maybe next week you will be noming like we are again.

Oh my, you really look so puffy and round like a ball! You certainly remind of Garfield! My, you really look so huggable and adorable that if I could grab you, I really won’t let you go and take you home with me. I guess, you really have to work with your diet. Just kidding!
