Our Alivia ...........

Before I tell you the news on Alivia I want to just say that our prayers and our thoughts are with all those involved in the awful tragedy in Boston. How can this happen and how can such evil be done. What is happening to our world when such evil deeds are done in the name of protest. Good must triumph over evil it must..

You will know from past posts that our dear little great grand bean Alivia has been waiting for surgery and that it has been postponed twice. Today Alivia went to the big hospital and she has had her surgery. Mum has been waiting for news and just a few minutes ago was told that it went well and Alivia was back on the ward and eating some tea. Now hopefully it will be the end of all her problems and she can start gaining weight and thriving. We are hoping she will be able to go home later tonight if all is well.

Thankful for the news..
Love and hugs to all.. GJ xxx

What wonderful news about Alivia! And home so soon!
We can't believe that her ordeal is finally over. What a brave, darling girl. We'll keep her in our prayers for a quick and uneventful recovery.

Dispair is what we feel now in the aftermath of the Boston tragedy. What can we do to put things on the path to right again? We've just heard there have been poison tainted mail sent to members of Congress and the President.
Your sweetness and goodness is a bright spot in a world gone mad.
