Mum is so lax at the moment.....
Hello my friends. I am here to tell you that I am sorry not to have visited with you over last few days but its mum who has been slacking lately.. She is full of excuses about working etc...but I am rebelling and say its not good enough....

That's okay. Our Mom slacks off a lot!!! She uses that work excuse too. Silly Mom....does she think we really believe that??????

We forgive your mum. Efurrybody gets busy, sumtimes. We haf been haffin lots of spiders too. We thinks it's because fall is approaching and efurrything is looking fur a home fur winter. Stay on the job, GJ! Purrs.

Your human slacking is inexcusable, GJ, but if you need to take a break to catch a spider or two, that is perfectly acceptable!
Oh sweetheart! You are just so precious! A perfect picture. Just when we thought you couldn't get any more adorable, you do! We know your mum works very, very hard. All we want is to know that you are healthy and happy. Even seeing just a photo of you makes our day. Kisses and hugs.
We don't catch spiders, GJ, and our mom is terrified of them. Perhaps you'd like a lovely fall visit to our home...That's when the really big ones spin their webs out in our little garden. (The mom is shuddering already.)
As for visiting, this all really needs to be "blogging without obligation." Truly!

It sounds like both you AND mom are very busy catching spiders and saving lives. Both are VERY important tasks and take a lot out of a cat or mom. Visit us when you can and know you are always in your hearts.
It is excellent that you are such a good spider hunter. The woman loves a good spider catcher as they terrify her.
Be careful with those spiders, GJ - they can give some nasty bites that get really itchy!!!
Tell Mum it is all good - all her friends do understand.

Well GJ you could always put a spider in her office so that she runs to you for help - and then you can negotiate!

Slacking is part of momhood. Our mom had slacked for many days but a few slaps on her wrist is usally good for a few weeks. Your fur is looking beautiful. Our bruffer Toro is trying to persuade mom to allow his fur to grow out(but we know this will never happen)

That's okay GJ, our mum hasn't been visiting as much lately. She has given up trying to keep up and just doing what she can.
We had a huge black spider in the bath the other day and she sent us in after it.
Oh, GJ, we know ALL about the laxes. We've had an awful lot of that around here, too.
Good job keeping your eye out for spiders. They're crafty little things and can sneak right past you if you're not careful.
