Got this one.....

Hello my friends. There are lots off spiders around at the moment and I am having fun catching them. Mum is of course too slow at catching me with them, but managed to catch some of the action even if it was after I had been wopping it about for a while. When she realised I had squished it good but was still having fun wopping it about. I tell you it was a huge one and I had tremendous fun with it.

Already squished but still plenty of fun left here..
Blurry but can you see it..
I wapped it in and out of my turbo track..

pounce .....

Finally nom nom...

Work has been difficult for mum and because of staff shortages they have been changing her shifts around quite a bit, she is again on nights and weary. Mum is finding IT difficult to be as active on the blog but will get back into it soon.

Take care everyone.. Love and hugs GJ xxx

GJ, we hope your mom gets a break from working soon. You are looking very gorgeous. We have a spider's nest outside our back porch but I can't get to it and mom is too slow. If we get it, we will ship it to you!!! Lots of love, Holly & Mom

Ginger you are quite brave to eat a spider! We prefer a fly now and then.
Our mama said to tell your mum she knows what it's like to be too tired to blog or to not be able to find the time. We will just be patient and hope your Mum will be back on soon when her schedule is not so tiring.

We understand all about Mom's finding it difficult to find time to blog. Spiders are fun. Me and Fenris found a little beetle bug to play with in the dining room. Can you believe Fenris was the one that finally caught it. He is a very good pouncer just like me. ~Arty Mouse

Good job GJ whapping that spider. You sure did make him deaded. Tell Mom not to worry about visiting all of us. We know she is too pooped to pop. As long as we know you are all right GJ, then we are all right. Take care.

GJ, great job catching and wopping those spiders. Are they tasty? Lightning loves to catch the moths outside at nighttime. He bops them on the ground with his nose and tries to eat them too.

Hope Mum catches a break and hope she is being careful not to be lifting.

We love playing with spiders too! Would you believe that yesterday mommy had someone come spray outside to keep spiders from coming inside? Crazy isn't it?

Hugs to your mum!

You are my mom's favorite kitty for making one less spider in the world. She is terrified of those things.

Good fur you GJ! You are a true hunter! We don't eat our kills, we leave them fur mom to pick up! Concats on the kill. xoxo

Oh Jasper! Good job! You put the buggie in your track so you could whap it around. A very smart thing to do, love! You are so adorable!
Your poor mum! Staff shortages make it so hard on the people that are already overburdened and must pick up the slack. We hope that when your mum gets home she is able to relax and get help with the housework. And we hope she gets lots of time to play with you to keep her spirits up.

We send all of our love to you and your beans!

Great job with that spidey, dear friend! Do you do ants? We have an infestation of them in the kitchen and they are ignoring momma's homemade herbal bugspray!

Mum should spend her down time cuddling with a fluffy stress reliever and putting her feet up. When her load lightens we will still be here. Sending White Dog positive energy.

Oh, we hope it gets better for your Mom! Ours definitely understands stress.

I hope things improve for your human at work soon, GJ! It's not good for them to be exhausting her - it takes time away from her kitty duties!

Hi Ginger Jasper, be careful of those spiders. We have some nasty poisonous ones here that mum says don't go near. No worries, and love, Stella P.S. it grosses mum out to think of you eating spiders hehehe.

Great spider trophy, GJ. Maybe the next one should be a gift for your mummy? It might cheer her up!

That was a most excellent squished spider - the best sort! Our sympathies to your mum with her shifts - we are hating Ă„iti being back at work.

Spiders are the favourite toy of Pookie. When there is a spider, I show it to her, close the door, hear some rambling around and when I open the door again, there is no spider but a happy Pookie leaking her whiskers !
I hate spiders !

I've always wondered whether spiders taste like chicken... Can you confirm, Ginger Jasper? :D

We hope you mom gets some time off soon or she'll be worn out. Did you eat your spider "plain" or did you have it with a garnish?

Those long legged spiders are the most fun. The little leg ones are too hard ta turn over.
