I didn't eat a lot yesterday so dad did his worried feed. He fed me from a fork and look... A little bit...

GJ, your Daddy is really nice to help you eat like that. Seeing the pictures made Mom wonder a couped of things that might be related to you not wanting so much to eat from your bowl. 1. Might you not like the confiningness of the bowl, or for your whiskers to touch the sides of the bowl? 2. Might you have some stiffness or pain somewhere so it hurts to put your face down to the lowness of the bowl? Mom has seen raised feeders for doggies to help with arthritis. And she has heard that some cats don't like to eat from bowls where their whiskers touch.
You do look like such a sweat kitty. We want the best for you and for you to eat regularly.
Aww, you have such a sweet Dad, GJ. Good boy for finishing up. Now please don't have us worrying - please eat.

My secretary apologizes for the typos in my last post. She also told me to pass on to you that her sister's kitty had her food bowl on a square wooden box, like a small pallet, about 3 inches high, and liked that. Though SHE was willing to eat out of a quite small bowl, so who knows what individual kitties will be finicky about. Mom remembers Daisy the Cat's Mom posting about new bowls for Daisy and Harley that were a special shape to give the whiskers freedom. We will email Daisy and get some more information about that post.
Your dad is such a wonderful man, dear Jasper. He'll do what it takes to make his kitty son well. Such a good person. He's the kind of dad that all of us (feline or human) want for ourselves and our children. You are so lucky to have him. And we know your mum is extraordinary. What a team!
