Just checking.....

My neighbour had been messing in his flower bed, you know like they do, taking weeds out tidying up and taking away all the good stuff for hiding in. he had put up a little mesh fence too. I went to check his work and to see if any introoders had been near....
What !!!!!! I am just checking....

Mmm I think something or someone has been here...
Wait..... I think I heard someone coming.....
I'm out of here.....
Still an OK place for hiding to watch the birdies though...

Hope you are all well and happy.... Hugs GJ xxx

Bird watching is a great pastime, GJ. Excellent work checking things out! With you on the job, no introoder would dare trespass.

I'm inside all the time, so the birdies almost never see me watch them. Downside: the likelihood of my actually getting one is not very good.

My! What a job you have, patrolling not only your yard but next door's work too! Time for a nice plump bird for a restorative snack.

Good job GJ checking to make sure there aren't any introoders. Glad you got out of there though. Might be kind of dangerous. Sure glad you are feeling well enough to go out cavorting around. Hope all of you have a great week

GJ you are so funny! That was a really cool hiding place. I will have to show Jude a place like that. He is the only cat that goes out in backyard. He is the only one we trust to not jump over the fence.
Right now though its not safe. I still have not heard anything from the city. After the Tornado we still have two big trees that are just leaning over our backyard. Very dangerous situation. Might have to call the Mayor for help.

You know, Simba may be onto something when he mentioned that you may not like your whiskers touching your bowl when you eat. Mum has always fed us kitties on flat plates but last night she used small bowls. No one ate well especially our little flat faced brother. Maybe you've just developed a dislike of having your whiskers disturbed. That Simba! He's a smart one.

Hi GJ! That does look like a good birdy watching spot! And those pictures are wonderful - the green leaves really bring out your eyes! We hope that you didnt' get in any trouble for checking things out!!

I state with relief that you look good again ! You are a nice cat ! My Arthur helps the neighbors in their gardens by digging out what they just had put in useless weeds of course, and when the ground is already prepared to make holes easily for natural needs, he doesn't understand that the neighbor is not sooo happy about this kind of help !

Sagira said...

They just don't appreciate having a good kitty to make sure everything is secure do they?
