These photos are bittersweet for our Mom, but they are just precious, so beautiful...Mom's first kitty, Nikki was best friends with their blue parakeet, Skye and they would always be together=Nik slept next to Skye's cage, Skye would Meow instead of singing and Skye would land on Nik's back :)...Skye only lived 7 years (1993-2000), Nikki joined her at the Bridge 4 years later at 20 (1984-2004); they both died in Mom's hands=Skye, Mom's arms=Nikki...They were so special and loved=thanks for bringing back such sweet memories for Mom...Happy day, handsome friend...xoxo...Calle, Halle, Sukki

oh my cod, that is SO CUTE.
Oh J.G., you were the cutest puffball of a kitten! and you and that birdie are so silly together! Our mewmie had some people visit once with their parakeet to see if the parakeet would be ok with a kitten. Mewmmie had read that if you introduce them between 3-5 weeks of age, that cats don't think of them as prey but as another 'playmate'. You look a bit older than that, but oh so sweet with the parakeet.
OMG that is ADORABLE!!! The little red kitten was off-the-chart cute, but throw in that little parakeet and it's putting us in a coma!!
