She's fine now, but it made for an 'interesting' day.

Hi GJ If you take your video clip into Windows Movie Maker and play - pause on the bit you want a pic of - go into Tools at the top - scroll down and then click - Take Picture from Preview - then you have a pic. Not great quality but it does work! xx
