Mum has just 30 mins before going back to work so is just putting me a few words on.. Late shift yesterday and then out twice until 6.20 AM on call. Everyone was falling last night.. Then a hospital appointment with dad ,all of which left just enough time to grab lunch, put this on and go back to work. Mum may if she is not too tired will get to comment on a few late tonight to comment. If not we know you understand.. With love GJ and Carol xxxx

Mum says oh for normal service......

Hi GJ and Carol - sounds like it has been crazy there because of the snow! I hope it calms down for you soon. Don't worry about visiting - get some rest and relax after all that craziness! We all completely understand!

It's scary listening to the radio with all the reports of the elderly and needy. Carers have been asking the public with 4 x 4's to help them get to those in need.

Sounds like your poor mum is rushed off her feet. We only have about two inches of snow, but there is two inches of ice under that, and our lane is sheer ice from top to bottom. It is only 4WD and tractors that are able to get up and down (with difficulty). Everyone else has to park in the village and walk down to see their horses. We wish the snow and ice would go away but there is more forecast for Sunday.
We HATE it, when our Moms is so busy! Hopefully, it will slow down for you soon!

We understand. Take care and be careful. Here in Ohio we get what is known as the January Thaw. Don't know if you also have that in England. I am waiting eagerly for patches of green to appear.

You're mom is so busy. But remind her to be careful to nat fall herself. We're very glad the seeds arrived at your place. When we sowed ours we mixed the seeds with sand for better distribution. And we covered them with sand. It's also good to water them with a squirt bottle (eeek) that way they don't get flooded away. Good luck!
