Squillians.. Globes in rememberance.... cards and little old me

Hello me again....

Hi everyone.. A very mixed post today with lots to tell.. Firstly I got LOL again. I love it when the lovely Wendy does these wonderful things with our photo's go over and take a look..
wendyslolspot

Next we got to adopt our lovely squllian's from CB Squillian shelter. .. Our first one is in memory of mum's two lovely kitties gone to the rainbow bridge. Dollycat and Fluff...

The next one is a fat ginger kitty which mum just had to have cause its like little old me..

These are fabulous and thank you so much...

Now the fabulous Ann from Zoolatry who does so much for us all did this lovely card.. for everyone.... I love it and thank you so much....
Maggie and Zoey and Ann Zoolatry

Still on the same subject of the lovely Ann, look at our memory baubles to remember our lovelies gone to the bridge..
Firstly our lovely Dollycat who was still with us when I came along and who I miss. Mum took her in when she was no longer needed as a breed and show kitty and was going to be put to sleep. She was very shy and took a lot of time and patience to get her to become a loved and adored kitty. Dollycat was so called because when Mollie bean came along she loved her and called her that. Dollycat was also a very well kept secret because mum could not have pets where she lived and worked. I too then became another secret.

Fluff was rescued from a huge industrial dustbin by a soldier when mum was still living in army accommodation.Mum took her in and she lived to one month short of 20 years. Apart from grandad bean and Tristan ( son bean ) Fluff hated men, we think because men soldiers ill treated her. Fluff was beautiful.. I never knew her..

Snoopy spent the first 9 months of his life living in a garage with a concrete floor. Mum took him and he lived a warm and loved life until he was 16 years old. He was very faithful to mum and got into trouble protecting her lots of times in her past life. Because of his garage life Snoopy suffered with Arthritis, mum though kept it under control with meds and love.

Twinkle originally lived with great grandma, she became unable to look after her, mum stepped in and she joined Snoopy who adored her. Twinkle was a soft loving baby who also lived to 16 years. She let the children dress her up sleep with her and was never anything but gentle.

There was also mum's beloved ginger moggie who was a lovable rogue . Mum's grandad gave him to mum when she was only 2 years old he was called Tibby and lived to almost 21 years. There are unfortunately no pictures of him. Tibby is the reason mum has an exceptional soft spot for gingers. Phew a lot of talking today. Hope you enjoyed a little in site into our past woofies and kitties.. They were loved and are missed. Hugs GJ xx

If mum does not get to you all she is once again sorry but is trying to get around everyone.. xx

Congrats on the LOL selection again, but we don't think it is a look of disgust - it is your serious side:) Ann is so nice, isn't she? Lovely memory ornaments!

Lots going on over at your place today. I was checking in to see how the VSquillions were doing and I can see that you are taking the bestest of care of them. The holidays make us remember those that have gone on away from us. Beautiful ornaments that Zoolatry did for your loved ones.

I need to have you tell Carol that I just came from Deb & ML's auction place for Fiona and she mentioned that we could count her in. Find out what she meant? Did she want to donate an item or was planning on bidding. I am heading this auction up and now getting things in order. Have her email me at gracie1915@yahoo.com

Soon you will find out when and where.
Lots Of Love,
Gracie

Hello beautiful boy! What a lovely post. Holliday season seems to be the time to recall with love, joy and a bit of sadness all of the wonderful kitties (and woofies too) that have gone before. All of the animals so lovingly cared for by your mum have lived on to a ripe old age. They were blessed to be loved by her.
