The minstrel would have been nice and added a little extra touch.
The whole medieval group would have brought the castle to life. We like castles that are still full of people and things going on today instead of being sleepy in the past!
Our Dad is always waiting for our trees to get older but I expect we will never beat that one you saw!

We love castles and that one looks fantastic. They are so much more fun when reenactors are there.
Mum says she would prefer some modern plumbing and toilet paper though.
You could have taken 100s of photos to share and I would have loved each and every one. I even like the photo of the potty!
