Mum had a physio session yesterday and it helped a lot but is sore today. The physio said mum is doing the right thing in keeping it moving and although painful to do so it helps in the long run. Pulled muscle's and spasm's but no disk's are displaced so that's good...

We're doing our best, GJ. It 6:30AM and the wind is really blowing. It's supposed to go over our hometown which is Baton Rouge. My little furbaby Linzie doesn't take bad weather very well. Send lost of purrs and prayers our way.

GJ, our Dad knows all about that pain and those spasms. But Mom says he isn't very good about doing his PT exercises. Hope Mum is doing better.

Oh noes your mom has a pulled muscle and spams...Mom had something similar in last Nov. The pain made her bend over double...she was changing linens when she did it. Dad keeps telling her making up beds is bad for your health. MOL

Ouchie for your mommy, I've just gone through the spasms stuff myself. I have to say, seriously commit to doing what they tell you because that is what makes it better! Mine are all gone even though the disk problem is still there!
