Mum had two spaniels Snoopy on the right and Twinkle on the left. They could sometimes get a little giddy and run around disturbing Fluff when she snoozed. ( very old picture with Tristan bean when he was young )
Fluff had a great way to get her own back, she would lie on the chair under the table and was hidden by the tablecloth. Snoopy and Twinkle would lie under the table and snooze. fluff would simply reach down and swat their heads, always resulting in a yip and head shake. They never learnt not to lie there and this went on for many years.
Yes Fluff was the ultimate in " don't mess with your kitty "
I think I would have loved Fluff..... Hope you don't mind mum using this Puddy but mum thought it showed off this so well and will do another featuring me as well soon...Hugs to all ... GJ xxxxx

That's a great story, GJ! And wowsers, was Fluff ever a BEAUTIFUL girl! We think she was also brilliant, thwapping annoying dogs on the head! hahaha!!
We like ladycats who can kick woofie butt, so to speak! We think we'd have liked her too! :-)
Oh she is so beautiful, even if she did have a bit of a mean streak directed at the doggies.
Great story, Ginger Jasper. Twinkle and Snoopy were so beautiful. We didn't know that you Mum once had dogs. Fluff was quite pretty too - she was a sneaky gal, wasn't she?

Fluff sounds a lot like the cat before me - looks a little like her too! Too bad my human didn't get any photos of her in "don't mess with me" action - she had an angelic face and a demonic temper!

That was a cute story. Arty just loves Fenris to death. Poor doggie he was laying in the study this morning minding his own business when Arty started loving all over him. He tried to get away from her but she just kept following him and sticking her tail in his face.
We thinks Fluff was very smart.

GJ, those spaniels make Mom remember the golden cocker spaniel her parents had at the time she and Dad got married. Her name was Vicky. For a while in the early years of their marriage, Mom and Dad had to let their kitty Smudge stay with her parents. Smudge was smart like Fluff: Vicky would chase him and he would just hop onto a dining room chair under the dining table. Vicky would cruise right by, with her nose to the ground. That was Smudge's version of Don't Mess with Your Kitty!
What a beauty Fluff was!!!!!!!!!! What a lovely tribute to her and to Snoopy and Twinkle.
