A visit to the vet.....

If you would like to exchange Christmas cards with me. Please Email mum at cazbaz7@aol.com.. I wold love to send you a card.. GJ

Hello my friends. Today I was bundled into my cat basket and taken to that place again. I went for my yearly needle attack. I was very good and the vet lady was pleased with me. She kept saying I was a big gentle softy. Sheesh does she not know I am a man cat.. But the down side is I have to go back and next time they will keep me all day...

I have to have dental work and they will steal my bloods and make me go to sleep while they do all kinds of things to me.. Mum is hoping that it will just be a scale and polish and that I wont have to have any teeth out. I am hoping that too. I have to go on the 8th December..
As you can see I am not amused..... Hugs GJ xx

GJ you are a very brave mancat to be so good at the vet. Sending purrs for an easy dental!!

We're glad today's visit went well and we'll be sending lots of purrs and universal Light on the 8th, for your dental.

We know all about those dentals! Nicki had 8 teeth out last November, Annie had 3 out in February, and of course Derry had the 9 pulled in June. Ugh. We'll cross our paws that your dental will be just a cleaning!

I don't blame you for being not amused! Hopefully they'll let you keep your toothies!

You scared me when I read the title. Glad it was only a yearly checkup. I've had that dental work stuff done, too, and it's okay. My vet doesn't really put me to sleep with anesthesia anymore, she just gases me with something that doesn't take me long to wake up. Hope you don't lose any teeth.

You are a big softie!

I will be purring that all goes well on that day GJ! I am very happy the vet lady said you're doing good!!!

GJ, we are so glad that you are in good shape except for getting your toofies cleaned. Surely they won't steal any toofs from you.
We will keep our paws crossed and send purrs on Dec. 8th.
Hope you have a fun day.

Ugh! Not the vet! We hope your dental goes well in December and you don't have to have any teeth out. We wouldn't be very amused either at the thought of having our blood stolen.

Hi GJ! We are sorry you had to go to the vets but it sounds like it was an ok visit at least. But it stinks you have to go back to get your bloods stolen and teeth cleaned. We send tons of purrs for it to just be a cleaning and not a pulling!

And we saw your comment about cards - mom was going to email you about it tonight actually so we will still do that - because we would love to exchange cards!

We sure hope your dental cleaning goes well, GJ! We can tell by looking at your beautiful face that you're in good health!

GJ, you don't look very happy and we don't blame you. Dental work..that puts shivers through mom because she has to go every three months and get her teeth cleaned and scaled under the gums and they don't put her to sleep! I need to go too and I really hope they do put me to sleep! Lots of love!!! Holly and mom

Goodness! You gave us a scare there! We thought maybe you had had a relapse!

Sorry to hear you have to have a dental but it is important to keep your mouth healthy so you can stay healthy. Does your vet think you are well enough for anesthesia after your last illness?

We would love to exchange cards with you, sweetheart. We'll contact your mum. By the way, how is your mum doing? Is she feeling any better? Love to all.

I do hope you get on ok having your teeth look at.
I used to have a cat called Tabitha who I had to inject twice a day with insulin because she was diabetic. She got used to that and going once a month to the vets.
You are very brave.

I am glad the vet was pleased with your checkup, even if she did not treat you in a very mancatly manner. I will be sending you purrs when you go back for your dental - those are always a bit nerve-wracking for everyone.

Oh dear GJ - do you want to sneak out and come and hide out at our place - it's not too far away.
We heard mum talking to her friend yesterday and it seems we've got to go for our annual torture session next month too.
