Hello everyone. I wanted to show you this gorgeous village mum and dad visited while they were away. The village is called Cockington and has lovely thatched cottages.. Really pretty ...They checked it out along with flat me..
They came across this gorgeous little church, it was very old and so lovely...
Inside there were lots of very beautiful things..
Check out this window.....
Behind every seat was a very beautiful hand stitched kneeling cushion...
So lovely....
All the villages must have their own...
Hope you enjoyed the little tour and hope you are not fed up with the pictures...
Never fed up with your pictures, they are great! Love the kneeling cushions, how wonderful and I am crazy for thatched rooftops.
I was in the village of Bosham this past April (near Chichester) and the thatching was decoratively carved!!! I took so many pictures of roofs people asked where where the shots of my family - LOL
We love all your photos! We think Mom must have been English in a past life or something, because her heart skips a beat and swells everytime she thinks about, sees photos, hears a British accent (sees Yorkie Bars, black current juice, custard cream...) We think you get the picture.
We would never get fed up with your photos. Our mum and dad used to go there and places like that a million years ago when they were young. They didn't go away for holidays then, they used to go on day trips. They haven't been there for many years but mum says it looks just as beautiful as she remembers.
What a beautiful place! We've never seen anything like those roofs before! We love seeing all your photos and we're glad that Flat GJ was able to visit those places too!
WOW!!! Oh Wow!! What a sweet and adorable and just picture perfect little sweet village made even more lovely with you in it flat GJ!! Awwww wow!!! It's so picturesque - thank you for sharing these pics here! Me and Charlie are loving your wonderful trip to such a lovely place in the UK!! Please do share some more - it's so good to see your mum and dad and your fantastic flat self having such a wonderful time! What a hidden gem of a place!
Oh we do like that little church and those hand stitched kneeling cushions. Wow!
This looks like such a lovely place to visit. The mom and dad here would like to get to England but when they travel they head to Italy to visit their daughter. Love the photos! Nice they took flat you with them. I must get one for my folks. Where do you find one??
Fed up? Oh my goodness, No! Your pictures are lovely, and we are so glad you were able to go along GJ, even if in your flattened state. We can imagine how you would like to prowl around those lovely buildings, inside and out. Such beautiful places you visited.
GJ, we love your mum and dad's pictures very much! They are delightful!!! We would love to see those places in person some day!! Thanks for posting them for us to see! Lots of love, Holly and mom

Thanks dear Jasper for these lovely pictures! The village is adorable and my beans are so curious now...maybe it's not so far from Luxembourg, and they can visit there some day as well. *** Mommy love that stoned glass, fantastic shot! purrs and love Luna - WE LOVE LUNA
Oh dear Ginger Jasper. Thank you for the wonderful photos of this beautiful, magical village. Mum started to tear up looking at the gorgeous cottages. One of her dreams, you know, that will never come true. But she still likes to dream! The little church is so lovely. Imagine what it must be like to have that sense belonging. (If there were custom pads in our town, someone would surely pinch them.)
GJ - mum had forgotten about Cockington - but it reminded her of going there when she was a child - about a squillion years ago!! Devon is a very pretty county with so many different faces
Wonderful blog you have here but I was curious about if you knew of any community forums that cover the same topics talked about in this article? I'd really love to be a part of group where I can get opinions from other knowledgeable people that share the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!
great points altogether, you just gained a logo new reader. What may you recommend in regards to your publish that you simply made a few days ago? Any sure?
