Now for a few of mum and dad's holiday pictures. First stop was Dubrovnik and this was stunning. Mum and dad said they had never seen such a picturesque place.. these pictures are from mums camera, she as not yet got dad's on her pc. These don't really do it justice as it was so beautiful but you will get the picture for now. Perhaps a few more of here when mum puts dad's on. I said not too any pictures mum or you will all get fed up. ( I dont mind her using my blog realy )
The view from the walls out over the rooftops was breathtaking. All the houses were so close together, it makes you wonder how they live so close.

That's just so beautiful. Your mom and dad go to the bestest places!
My Mom agrees that Dubrovnik is a beautiful town. She likes the picture of the canoes and wind surfers and the next to last one taken from the wall. All of them are great photos. Is your Mum and Dad on that big ship in the harbor when not in town?? So glad that Mum and Dad are enjoying their vacation.

My beans are going on a big ship to Alaska this Saturday and mommy will take the golden wrap along that you sent her. Maybe I can come by for a visit and you can show me the town while I am alone...

How nice for me to see some pictures of Dubrovnic again ! We had been there in 1974 ! I think it was quite damaged during this last stupid war when Yougoslavia fall apart, but on your pictures it still looks the same.

oh my, my youngest bruv, of the human variety, holidayed there back in the summer, he loved Dubrovnic, and his photos were similar to your Mum's.
He said it was truly a special place.
Thank you for sharing, and my J says she loves the red roofs of Dubrovnic, although she has never been, my bruv's visit has made her want to visit next year.
